An old kind of magic

"I don't think I could cook very efficiently this early. I can barely do it as it is."

"Mm. Guess I shall just have to rely on a kind old man to tend to me in the mornings," she winks.

he raises and eyebrow "well.....i suppose.."

She gives him her best 'puppy look' although they both know she will help out when and where she can

he laughs " wait and see before you sign me to something"

"Well I hope one of us can cook! Well.. I suppose we could catch things and put it over a camp fire.. you can't really go wrong with that can you."

"i can make edible food of course.....but still"

"Hmmm perhaps I should have packed more beans and porridge," she laughs.

he nods "your tough we will survive!"

"Ugh.. now I have that song stuck in my head," she comments putting a hand to her temple.

he looks confused then laughs "you will have to sing it out loud with all the lyric's correct"

"If I can remember all the lyrics," she tells him shaking her head. It is going to irritate her for ages now. Good song though if old

he nods "mmm but its the only way to free it...or listen to it maybe?"

"I didn't bring my ipod," she admits. "I didn't think I would need it. I'll just live with it for now." She gets up with a yawn shaking off the last of her sleepiness. Time to get her last few bits ready she thinks

"oh dear...no doubt you will be alright soon" he grins

"No doubt," she chuckles getting on with it. She doesn't say so but she is awkward about people hearing her sing.
Only needing to collect her things she moves down to hand in her key and waits for him in the reception room.

he gets his bag packed and meets her there looking quite happy as they greet the day in the small town

"So.. which direction are we going in?" she asks.

he looks down the road "that way...out into the beyond..."

"Then I shall follow your lead." She looks on to where they are headed. No time like the present to take in the scenery and enjoy the fresh air and freedom.

he pretty much just takes the road on out from where they were dropped and dispite some odd looks its not to long till they are out of town and on the road

Light chat and banter fills their walk. She enjoys his company and their surroundings both

he is pleased to natter away about nothing and just enjoyed the quiet when they dont
