An old kind of magic

"oh yes...very good.." he laughs

The trip is a short one and she follows him onto the bus he wants to catch. She doesn't ask where they are going as she is both certain that he only has a vague idea and because it is fun to find out when they get there.

he holds his hand out to help her up after handing his bag over to be stashed taking only a small sachel

She takes it getting up and putting her own bag on the rack. "Do you want the window seat?" she asks.

"i do not mind take it if you wish to" he gives her a warm look

She does so liking to look out when travelling. She looks up at the sky and wonders again if she packed warm enough clothing. She was trying to keep it light so that travel on foot was easy but.. Oh well. She'd just have to deal with it now. It wouldn't be the first time and if all went well she'd not be thinking too much about it anyway.

he leans back in his seat and closes his eyes as soon as travel starts not seeming so keen on the movment if the bus

Vilka looks over to him. "... are you ok?" she asks.

"i get a little travel sick...but just a little..."

"Oh.. shame. I didn't know that. Is there nothing you can take for it?"

"i have some tablets but...i dont like to rely i shall take them if it gets worse."

She nods. "Ok then.. Nothing I can do to help?"

he shakes his head "no just pray that the journey does not take longer than need be and that they have fixed the main road just out of town"

She pets his shoulder. "Don't be silly. We don't pay taxes for them to actually do their jobs."

"true....." he gives a sigh "one can hope though"

She just chuckles and sits back to enjoy the ride. Not knowing when they need to get off she just lets herself doze and only wakes when he speaks to her or tells her it is time to get off.

its far out of the city when they get off with green in view a small ish town with modern buildings but a small feel he gives a strech as soon as they get off and goes to get his bag

"Feeling better?" she asks looking around the place. She hasn't been here before.

he shakes his head "only realif for now...care for a drink? there is another bus but just a short one this time"

"I would be happy to stretch my legs a bit yes. Have you been here before? I imagine there will be a cafe in the town centre somewhere."

"I have passed through its good to get to nowere this way..and there is indeed a small greasy spoon that way" he geastures

"I should come travelling with you more often.. I bet you know lots of little getaway spots that nobody thinks about."

"i know many of those" he gives her a cheeky smile "so let us see what local treats are on offer...i do love home made cakes"

She laughs. "I would normally try and use that information but this time I think I best give it a miss. Cooking and baking is not a forte of mine."

"I shall have to try and cook for you sometime then....properly i mean not camp food"
